Sr. Manager of QA
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years QA
management
experience in designing, developing and executing
comprehensive QA test plans and test cases for
software applications. Additional experience
implementing process tools and infrastructure for
testing is required as well as conducting
functional, regression and performance testing.
Candidates must work effectively in a fast-paced and
constantly changing environment and demonstrate
close cooperation with development and Operations
teams.
Sr. Systems Integrators
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years systems integration
experience with SQL Server, IIS, Load Balancing, Web
Pools, IP Address Binding, Web Services & HTTP/S
Troubleshooting, Configuring Verbs in IIS, Enabling
Web Extensions, Windows Security (Permissions and
ACLs), ability to create and modify batch files,
configure Windows Services, and troubleshoot SMTP.
Additional experience required includes XML Spy,
configuration of Com+ Component Services, editing
XML files (XSLT is a plus). Familiarity with SOA
(Services Oriented Architecture) and Microsoft web
technologies (.NET Framework 2.0, Visual Studio
2005, ASP.NET, and C#), AJAX, and Web Services.
Ability to take ownership of the full product life
cycle and must be a resourceful problem solver.
Technical Writers
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years technical
writing experience. Responsibilities will include
interviewing technical and business staff to gain
detailed knowledge of all solutions, tools,
products, and services for the creation and
maintenance of all User Manuals and software product
documentation. A background and familiarity with XML
and XSLT, and software development life cycle is
required, as well as the ability to create intuitive
and attractive technical diagrams to illustrate an
abstract and complex subject matter.
Jr. Web Applications Developers
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years
experience in web application design and development
with the ability to hand-code HTML, XML and the
ability to understand and write Javascript code. A
conceptual understanding of relational database
systems, web-servers, Service Oriented
Architectures, and the ability to code in C# is a
plus. Individuals can expect expanded
responsibilities and rapid advancement commensurate
with skill growth and a demonstrated ability to
contribute consistently.
Data Parsing Experts
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years
experience, 3-4 years is desirable, with parsing
structured data, print streams and other data
formats. Command of XML, XSLT and .Net in an SOA
architecture environment is strongly desired.
Ability to code in C# is a plus. Individuals can
expect expanded responsibilities and rapid
advancement commensurate with skill growth and
demonstrated ability to contribute consistently.
Senior Software Developers
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience
with object oriented technologies and Microsoft web
technologies (.NET Framework 2.0, Visual Studio
2005, ASP.NET and C#), AJAX, database technologies
(SQL Server 2000/2005) and best practice
techniques. Strong XML/XSLT skills and experience.
Also, strong database design and performance
optimization skills. Individuals can expect
expanded responsibilities and rapid advancement
commensurate with skill growth and demonstrated
ability to contribute consistently.
Sr. Project Managers
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years
experience, 4-5 years is desirable, in managing
complex technology projects. Experience with both
managed service and customer installed software
environments is a plus. Must be marketing oriented
and have a customer centric predisposition. The
ability to navigate politics and conflict with
finesse is required. Strong verbal and written
communications skills, as well as having strong
instincts and intuition to see problem areas rising
and deal with them proactively is desired. Rigid
adherence to status and status reporting are also
required. PMI Certification and Six Sigma are a
plus, but not required. Individuals can expect
expanded responsibilities and rapid advancement
commensurate with skill growth and demonstrated
ability to contribute consistently.
Computer Systems Analyst
Provide systems analysis, application and
architecture design/development services using
Rational Rose, MS Visio, UML, COBOL, C++, C#, VB.NET,
ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XSD, XML Spy, XML/XML Data Island,
Advanced XSLT with Extension Functions, XPath, CSS,
HTML, Ajax, XmlHttp, IHttpHandler, IHttpModule,
JavaScript, SQL Server 2005/2008, RDB/VMS, Windows
2008/2003/XP, Mainframe, TFS, VSS and Visual Studio
2005/2008. Analyze user requirements, procedures,
and problems to improve existing systems and review
computer system capabilities, workflow, and
scheduling limitations. Require: Master’s degree in
Computer Science. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of
progressively responsible experience may be
substituted for Master’s degree.
